As a third-generation fisherman, Sarah travels to Kenai, Alaska, every July to catch Sockeye Salmon. This weekend, we will be featuring Frostad Fisheries’ smoked salmon on our Grazing Platter, giving everyone the opportunity to savor this delicious delicacy.
